Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my shop! It is with great pride and joy that I care for the pets of our community.

A bit about myself. I’ve always had a love for animals, starting in my childhood. I was always rescuing the neighborhood dogs. For my tenth birthday, my father got me my very first miniature poodle, Jessie. My love for dogs, especially Poodles, sprouted from here.

In my late twenties, I met Anita, the former owner of the shop, who introduced me to the world of grooming. With her mentorship, my skills grew as did my passion. This passion expanded into something new.

I became interest in showing and breeding standard poodles. Through this experience, I have gained 20+ years of exposure to various breeds, breed standard trims, and the methodology behind proper trims. All my life, I aspired to own a grooming shop. With great joy, in 2016, I became the owner of Pleasant Oaks Grooming, where I have been able to live out my dream.

I have made the shop my own through my experiences, renovating, and increasing our scope of work.

It is with great pleasure we service the community and their precious fur family members!
