About Pleasant Oaks
Pleasant Oaks Pet Grooming has been a beloved part of our community since 1973, founded by Anita Antink, who ran the shop alongside her daughter. In 1999, Anita mentored a young aspiring groomer, Annett Ilyev, whose passion for grooming grew while working part-time at the shop. Over the years, Anita and Annett became close friends, sharing their love for animals and the business.When Anita retired in 2016, ownership naturally transitioned to Annett, fulfilling her lifelong dream. Since then, she’s renovated the shop, updated equipment, and expanded services to include most medium and large breeds.
Through all the changes, Pleasant Oaks remains committed to compassionate, high-quality grooming and a deep connection to our community, proudly continuing a tradition of care and excellence for over 50 years.
